Everyone attending our events either as a driver, passenger, or spectator must read and sign our Insurance Waiver at Registration.  No exceptions!!!  Anyone under the age of 18 that intends to drive, ride as passenger, or work on the course must have an SCCA Minor Release Waiver signed by both parents/guardians prior to being allowed to participate.  Spectators under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one parent/guardian and have an SCCA Minor Release Waiver signed specifically for this event by that parent or guardian.  We appreciate your cooperation in this matter and hope that you enjoy our events.

Our monthly business meeting/dinner will be held at the Tequila Rose Mexican Restaurant located at 7207 Merrimac Trail in Williamsburg, VA.  The meeting will start at 7:30 PM.  We will be discussing upcoming events as well as future plans for the region.  Everyone is welcome to attend, share their ideas, and enjoy the camaraderie!

Directions:

Take I-64 to Exit 242A (Route 199) towards Jamestown.  Take the first exit off Route 199 onto Route 143 bearing right towards Williamsburg.  Tequila Rose is approximately 0.75 miles on the left.  Check out their website (which includes a coupon).
